The Deerpark

Measuring approximately 2 hectares, the Deerpark is landscaped to form a natural conclusion to the English Garden.

Around 20 fallow deer are culled annually and the venison is used by the household as well as appearing on the menu of Restauration Jomfru Rigborg.

The fallow buck sheds its antlers between 28th and 29th April and the does calve between 17th and 23rd June.
